Typically orders will be despatched within 2-3 business days however due to stock and demand orders may take up to approximately 10 business days. We will contact you about any significant delays or items that we are unable to fulfil. Orders over £99 excl. VAT will qualify for free UK delivery. Orders under £99 excl. VAT will be subject to a delivery charge. This charge will vary depending on where in the UK you live (for example delivery to Northern Scotland will cost slightly more) Read more about our delivery charges. Upon delivery a signature will be required. Regarding shelf life. Our products all carry various amounts of shelf life. All products listed in the store show a “minimum shelf life” figure. What this means is that we guarantee that your products will be delivered with at least that amount of shelf life remaining. Typically, you will receive significantly longer shelf life than this. Note: Minimum shelf life guarantee only applies to full price, non-offer products. We will often sell products that are running low on shelf life at a discounted rate. In these cases we will always clearly display a use by date in the product description. Our returns policy.Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or misdescribed.
